Classes Descriptions

 

Strength and Conditioning
This class is designed to make you lean and defined providing a results-oriented whole-body workout. It will build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while focusing on total body health. It also helps to prevent the development of osteoporosis while firing up your metabolism, helping you to lose weight and inches. This class will use free weights, resistance bands, and balls, kettlebells, sandbells, etc. This is more of an advanced class but all levels welcome.

Functional Strength
This lower-impact workout will be friendlier on your joints, but also be sure to work your muscles and make you sweat. We will stay in our own “spot” and move a little slower with a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells, steps, bosu’s, free weights and our own body weight.  This class will ensure you to learn proper body mechanics while loading our muscles and learn how movement works in our everyday lives.  You will leave feeling stronger and (body) wiser than when you walked in.

This class is for all levels but geared to the “beginner” client.

Circuit Conditioning
In this Circuit style class we use stations around the room in order to use a variety of modalities and training methods-Some of the equipment we use includes TRX, Bosu, steps, medicine balls, sand bells, kettlebells. ski erg, Concept 2 rower, battling ropes, etc. We design our workouts to build stamina improve your athletic performance and gain more strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. The energy, music, and people make this class so much fun and inspiring.
This class can modified to fit everyones fitness level.

Yoga for Everyone
Power Yoga is a Vinyasa flow class that will work your strength, flexibility and balance. It will be a great compliment to your other activities and high-intensity workouts. All Levels Welcome.

Ski Fitness (Fall Classes)
This class will focus more on skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, skate skiing, and all of your other winter activities. It will challenge your legs, lungs and core strength to prepare you for the SNOW!
