Carey Clark

Carey moved to Jackson in 1997 after graduating from the University of Alabama with a BS in Food and Nutrition. It only took a few months to realize that she found her new home and love for the outdoors.

Carey  is an ACE and AFFA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is also a yoga instructor certified through yoga fit. She has been specializing in fitness and nutrition for over 15 years.

When Carey is not helping others reach their personal fitness goals she is out mountain biking, running, skiing or practicing yoga. She spends the rest of her free time with her two beautiful kids Hayden and Addie and her wonderful and supporting husband Sean.

Carrie Kruse

Carrie grew up in Connecticut as part of a rowdy, crazy family of athletes. Her hit list of recreational fun includes marathons and ultramarathons, cycling, rowing, paddle boarding, and mountain biking. Since moving to Jackson in 2014, she has embraced the unlimited potential of trail running, hiking, and lazy river tubing. Carrie is an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and her goal with every class is to make the time fly by with hard work, sweet jams, and fun exercises.

Shawna Gersack

Shawna has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. Her passion for learning more sent her to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Italy and Indonesia to learn every aspect yoga has to offer. When you practice yoga with Shawna you will feel comfortable moving through each pose and breath. Shawna makes yoga fun and well worth the time spent with yourself on your yoga mat… Shawna’s class is designed for All levels.

MICHELLE KNOBE

Michelle has been coaching fitness for over 10 years. She is certified SFG1 and SFL by Strongfirst. Certified AFSA trainer and has her Yoga certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and health. Michelle is super enthusiastic about training, and has high attention to detail and form. Michelle loves helping people improve their quality of life.

JESSICA EGENBERGER

As a former gymnast and coach, Jessica knows the importance of hard work, dedication, and attention to details to reach a fitness goal. As a wife, mother, and cancer survivor, Jessica knows that being flexible, adaptable, physically and mentally strong, are all vital to success. Jessica is a 25 year Jackson local with passions for skiing, mountain biking, and of course fitness. JENNY KLAMER

Jenny moved to Jackson in 2007 after receiving a degree in Exercise and Health Science. She has since explored various training methods and certifications to expand her knowledge in group fitness and personal training. When she’s not helping people get their fitness on, you can find her on the trails or chasing her kids and dogs around.
