Absolutely not! We work with people of all fitness levels. Our coaches scale every exercise to match your current ability — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. You'll never feel left behind.

What should I expect on my first visit?

You'll meet with a coach for a quick tour of the studio, chat about your goals, and try a class. Our coaches will show you modifications for every exercise. Just bring water, workout clothes, and an open mind!

How is Core Changes different from a regular gym?

Unlike regular gyms where you're on your own, every session at Core Changes is coach-led. You show up, follow along, and leave knowing you got an incredible workout. Plus, you'll be part of a supportive community that keeps you accountable.

What equipment do you use?

We use a huge variety: kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, platforms, and more. Every class uses different equipment to challenge your body in new ways. That's why no two workouts are ever the same.

I'm nervous about group classes. Will I hold everyone back?

This is our most common concern — and the one that matters least once you start! Everyone works at their own pace. Our challenge boards are full of members who started exactly where you are. You'll feel at home within your first week.

Do you offer yoga?

Yes! Our yoga sessions balance out the high-intensity training. They're perfect for recovery, flexibility, and giving your body the restorative work it needs. Many members combine both for complete whole-body fitness.
